Beef & Liberty is getting into the full swing of summer with fantastic new promotions lined up for the hottest season of the year — all while keeping our waistlines in check for beach season. With the launch of “Leaves & Liberty”, the newest vegetarian offering arriving at all Beef & Liberty restaurants, as well as new seasonal salads and summer coolers, Beef & Liberty will keep guilty cravings at bay with healthy, green and equally delicious treats this summer.

New Menu Launch Featuring “Leaves & Liberty”
While first and foremost renowned for its sublime beef patties, Beef & Liberty is stepping up its game by introducing a valuable new addition to its menu— Leaves & Liberty. Making its way to all restaurants on the new a la carte menu from 16th May, the all-vegetarian concept showcases Beef & Liberty’s collection of salads, and a vegetarian burger that packs the same amount of flavourful punch as its meaty counterparts. This summer, stop by at any of Beef & Liberty’s multiple venues and take comfort in a light and delicious green meal.

Leaves & Liberty Partners with Conservation Organisation “The Nature Conservancy”
Not only is Beef & Liberty taking steps to promote better living on an individual level, but also on a global scale with its recent partnership with The Nature Conservancy. The Nature Conservancy is the world’s leading conservation organisation, addressing critical issues facing our planet such as climate change and threats to land and ocean habitats. With over 1 million members worldwide, The Nature Conservancy has already made valuable breakthroughs in scientific research and conservation efforts to build a sustainable future for people and nature.

By simply ordering Leaves & Liberty’s signature Falafel Hamburger (HK$98), a 100% vegetarian burger made with homemade falafel, ample harissa yoghurt, lettuce, tomato, tahini sauce and lemon juice, HK$8 will be donated per burger to The Nature Conservancy to support their conservation projects in Asia Pacific region. The Falafel Burger will be making its anticipated comeback from 16 May onwards at all Beef & Liberty outlets.

Newly Unveiled Summer Salads
Summer calls for light, vibrant food that goes down easy, and Chef Uwe has crafted just that - colourful new salads boasting the freshest seasonal ingredients. The new Summer Salad (HK$98) features garden peas, watercress, red radish, spring onion, goat’s cheese and a tangy sherry vinaigrette dressing, and will be available at all Beef & Liberty venues from 16 May onwards. The other newly introduced salad, Beetroot & Pomegranate Salad (HK$88), features beetroot, red endive, beetroot puree, kale and pomegranate and Green Salad (HK$78) features mixed leaves, parsley, chives and Dijon dressing.
