What we love most about one of our favorite restaurants, Mott 32, is that the farm-to-table philosophy is at the core of the restaurant, with a focus on using the best ingredients and recipes passed down from generation-to-generation.  This spacious 7,500 sq. ft. contemporary Chinese restaurant has once again surprised our taste buds with an innovative roasted free-range turkey being offered three ways, available from November 24th onwards.
 
Carved tableside and served with pancakes and three homemade sauces, including plum & lemon, fresh garlic and Chef Fung’s secret turkey sauce, guests can try the original taste of the bbq roasted turkey with soft and chewy Chinese pancakes.  This is followed by our favorite-Turkey and Five Shade Salad, a light dish that is a combination of papaya, dragon fruit, melon, scallion, red pepper, cashew nuts and turkey mixed with sweet peanut sauce.  Other must-try dishes at Mott 32 are of course the barbequed pork, baked barbequed pork buns and for vegetarians, the fresh and crisp asparagus and gingko stir fry.  Not to be missed for desserts is the soy-sauce ice cream (which tastes quite different on different parts of the tongue!) along with the green tea crème brulee!
