Winter season=lobster season.  That’s right-Opera House Italian Restaurant & Bistrot has launched a Saturday brunch buffet!  In addition to signature Italian cuisine, including an array of cheese and meats selections, a series of 13 Boston lobster dishes have been launched for seafood lovers.  Appetizers include the light and refreshing Lobster Carpaccio with Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Lemon Dressing and Lobster Tartar with Asparagus & Bell Pepper Sauce.  One of our favorites is the creamy Lobster Salad with Avocado & Corn Salsa which is great on its own or with a piece of Lobster Pizza.  The freshness of the lobsters can be tasted from the simple yet delicious Half Cold Lobster Cut which is crunchy and flavourful.  The baked lobsters are perfect for the winter season, which includes four different homemade sauces inspired by cheese, pumpkin, basil and tomatoes.  Not to be missed is the homemade Pistachio Ice Cream which is freshly churned and of course the Lobster Panna Cotta that is silky smooth and topped with lobster bits!
